yo entendia que toba era cuando uno tiene sucio, (por ejemplo entre brazo por donde te sacan la sangre) que cuando te lo frotas salen rollitos de sucio aka toba. el pellejo de entre piernas pa mi es como un tipo de costra que se crea con el gualleteo de carne.
